How we're changing the rules of PE/PPA cover
It all starts with our staff, which are, without a doubt, one of the most important aspects of our company.

Without them, there is no Let's Leap. To help them exceed the expectations of any given school, we've outlined a clear pathway for progression, excellent bonus opportunities, and further development via training.

Enhance your PE offering with Let's Leap
We set extremely high standards when working with our staff and staying connected with schools.

That's one of the reasons why we have such a high return of positive feedback from the schools we've previously connected with, who appreciate our passionate approach.

An Ofsted-ready P.E. provision
Here is what a member of SLT said following the inspection:

During the curriculum meeting on the wider curriculum when PE was looked into by the inspector, Our Let's Leap PE teacher was asked to talk through PE in fine detail. Specifically, the progression of skills. He was asked to pick a skill area and talk through the progression of this from EYFS up to Year 6. He was expected to know the progression across all skills being taught and give reasoning as to why the curriculum map was structured how it was. He was asked about adaptations made to the PE curriculum within the school to cater to our school context. He had to discuss how PE contributed to the wider community and the school's personal development (ie. Sports day, basketball competitions with other schools).
