Soft Play Morning - Terms and Conditions
- Parent(s) or guardian(s) must remain present with their child for the entire duration of the class. Active participation and supervision are required to ensure a safe and engaging experience for the child.
- Parent(s) or guardian(s) are responsible for their child’s safety and well-being throughout the class. Instructors will guide the activities, but the parent or guardian must actively supervise their child at all times.
- Parents and children must attend the class they are booked into. If a parent needs to change their booking, this must be discussed and arranged with the instructor in advance, and is subject to availability.
- To maintain a safe environment, parents are required to ensure their children follow the instructor’s guidance and respect the equipment provided. Any concerns or special needs should be communicated to the staff prior to the session.
- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, parents must notify the instructor as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to class availability. Our Cancellation Policy: 7+ days’ notice if cancelling the term to be refunded. 48 hours’ notice to receive a credit note valid for 6 months for a class cancellation.
- Parking is permitted onsite only for the duration of the class you are attending.
