Do I need to bring a packed lunch?
Yes! Every child needs to bring a packed lunch with a refillable water bottle to camp. We are also a no nut camp, so please ensure your child’s lunch is nut free!
Choice of activities:
Each session we offer all children a choice of two activities. Alongside a huge variety of sports activities, we offer art, drama, IT, cookery and other specialist activities for everyone to enjoy.
All Active staff members are DBS checked and trained in first aid. We personally interview and select each staff member, and most of them are connected to the UCS family. We believe we have the best camp staff in London… just ask any of the kids!
Alongside a professional medical suite, we have 2 first aid stations in the venue. If your child has asthma, our staff can monitor their breathing and administer their Ventolin inhaler through a spacer if required.
Payment can be made online through credit, debit or PayPal. You will receive an instant confirmation email with a product code once payment has been made.
Do we accept childcare vouchers?
Yes! Simply select your provider from our list on the payment page, or email us to register with a new one.
UCS school, pre-prep and UCS Active members receive 10% off all year round. We also run other promotional codes throughout the year, so look out for them on our Facebook and Instagram.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, exclusive or inappropriate behaviour of any kind. Any such behaviour discovered at camp will be dealt with extremely seriously and could lead to permanent exclusion from all Active Day Camps activities.
Active Day Camps does everything possible to incorporate children with disabilities or special needs into our camp programmes. Please call us directly to talk about how we can facilitate your child and their needs.
